There are many situations when running daily operations, launging large or small projects, in the middle of a business change or during start‐ups when a temporary management resource is required. In some cases we call it interim management: typically when temporary replacing a vacant management position or during organization changes. – Managing, consultancy

JETAS Quality Systems provides a web and mobile based Service and Maintenance system for mainly Facility Management and Industrial use. Read more at: jetas.se

As a senior consultant, Erik supports the JETAS organization by leading software implementation projects, mainly international implementation projects. He also consults and assists the organization in sales projects and product development projects.

As an Interim General Manager the following tasks were accomplished: developing business plans, working with growth projects and setting up goals and a strategies to get there. Two main focus areas raised above others: business development and aligning the customer driven software development with the strategic product development plans.


MCP Hjulsystem AB

– Project Management

As an automotive sub supplier, MCP provides tire wheel assemblies to Volvo Cars in Torslanda during three shifts a day, according to the just-in-time principle.

The Gantry project comprised planning, developing and installation of an automatic robotic ware house solution. From ground works, conveyors and robots to WMS, backup solutions and monitoring.

One of the main challenges of the project was a very tight time window in combination with very low risk tolerance.

– Project Management, several projects

Eurofit Group is a joint venture between Michelin and Continental. Eurofit Group employs over 1000 associates in 20 locations on 4 continents. A TIER 1 supplier for Tire and Wheel Assembly Services for several automotive assembly plants.

Managing a software development project where the software company JETAS worked together with CIT (for founding applications and conducting research) with Boid (for design and usability studies) on developing a customized solution for the Public Transport business. The project was partly founded by the growth project “FoU-Kortet” by VGR, Västra Götalandsregionen.
